The home includes an on-site hair salon, accessible laundry and well-equipped therapy spaces. We also provide visitor-friendly parking and reception services to make stays and visits as easy as possible.

Care at Luso Court Care Centre is delivered by a multidisciplinary team experienced in supporting complex needs. Registered nurses provide 24-hour clinical oversight while care practitioners, therapists and activity coordinators focus on rehabilitation, daily living skills and emotional wellbeing. Team members receive specialist training in dementia care, behaviours of concern, neurological support and mental health and work closely with GPs, community teams and specialists to create and review individual care plans. Our approach is collaborative, we listen first, plan together and revise care as needs change.
